One of my favourites
I’ve had my eye on this watch for some time. I hadn’t seen one in person. I only had net photos and videos to go on. I have a couple of Seiko 5’s which I wear often. I know that the official Seiko photos are usually more vivid and contrasty. However, when I was satisfied that the watch actually looks a little more subdued, I purchased it as I really like the aesthetic. I’m not a real fan of the traditionally numbered bezel on dive watches. This was different in a fun, not gimmicky way. The colours work very well together and that dial is wonderful! The silicone watch band is very comfortable and not too much of a lint magnet. I don’t really know anything about ‘One Piece’, I just like the design of the Sabo model. The 4R36 movement in this particular watch has been very accurate. I’ve been lucky. In the nearly 2 weeks since I’ve had it, it has been +/- 3 seconds per day. Still breaking in, but I’ve been able to have the watch net -1 sec since I set the time and date 12 days ago by taking notes and using different resting positions when not worn. The watch may not be for everyone, but it has certainly become one of my favourites! Watch Direct we’re very helpful and a pleasure to purchase from.
