Originally launched in 1985, our Expedition collection was our first line of ruggedly capable, no-nonsense wristwatches. The Timex Atlantis, aptly named for its ability to withstand 100 meters of submergence, was one of the series’ biggest sensations. In a nostalgic nod to its original 90s design, our latest take on the Atlantis stays true to form with a teal green and earthy brown 40mm resin case—a unique colorway that emerged as the clear favorite when we launched it alongside a dozen other styles almost three decades ago. Its adventurous ties to the Expedition collection mean this watch is equipped with a practical feature set—a chronograph, alarm, and countdown timer—all of which are illuminated by our INDIGLO® back light for enhanced readability. The original mixed-material strap design also makes a comeback, incorporating both fabric and leather for comfortable, all-day wear.
